The fine print
Terms
- Tenants will not receive monthly bills. It is the tenant's responsibility to make monthly payments on time.
- Rent is due on or before the first of the month.
- A $10 late fee shall be applied for any month in which rent is received after the 5th of the month.
- Late payments will also result in additional notice and late fees, when applicable.
- Returned checks will result in a $30 returned check fee and immediate lockout of the unit until the account is settled.
- First month's rent will be prorated. Every subsequent month requires a full month's payment. No partial month payments.
- 15 days notice is required prior to vacating a unit.
- Tenants are encouraged to acquire renter's insurance.
- Smoking is prohibited on the Ryder Storage premises.
- Tenants may use their own locks. For your convenience, we sell self storage locks if needed. Ryder Storage will never have keys for your unit.
